Emails and voice mails should be brief and to-the-point. Remember that some people will only read your email subject lines or listen to the first five seconds of a voice mail.
1. Everything is forwardable: be cautious about the information you email or leave on voicemail.
2. Don’t bury your main points at the end: BlackBerry readers cringe when they see “more available.”
